Dr. Richard Abraham has been a practicing Emergency and Occupational Medicine physician with Cascade Medical Associates since 1979. Dr. Abraham graduated from the University of Western Ontario Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. He is board certified in Occupational and Environment Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is the founding partner of Nova Health walk-in clinics and Monarch Medical Weight Loss clinics. He is also a founding Director and Board Member of Summit Bank. He is a prior board chair of Cascade Health Solutions and serves on the boards of McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center and Attwill Medical Solutions.

Elizabeth Bainter is Vice President of Clinical Quality Improvement and Population Health at PacificSource Health Plans. Bainter has worked with PacificSource Health Plans for seven years, and prior to that served as Assistance Vice President of Health Services at Lovelace Health Plan in New Mexico. She graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is in pursuit of her Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.

Brian Craner is Director of Real Estate of G Group, LLC, a local property management firm that manages commercial real estate throughout the Pacific Northwest. Brian is a native Oregonian and a graduate of Oregon State University.

Greg Erwin is a Co-Founder and CEO of Sapient Private Wealth Management in Eugene. Erwin has more than 40 years of experience in the wealth management industry. In addition to serving on the Cascade Health Board he currently serves as Co-Founder and board member of both TrackTown, USA and the 15th Night Homeless Youth Movement. He also serves on a number of other local non-profit boards and committees. Erwin recently completed nine years of service on the Peace Health Foundation Board of Directors as well as serving as its President. He is a University of Oregon graduate with degrees in Finance and Business Management.

Dr. Holly Jo L. Hodges is Medical Director of Care Coordination for Samaritan Health Plan/InterCommunity Health Network CCO. Dr. Hodges has held numerous leadership positions in health care organizations including WVP Health Authority, Willamette Valley Community Health, MODA Health and Trillium. She has been a volunteer team physician and clinic doctor for Cascade Medical Team/HELPS International. She received her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University, her Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health and Sciences University and her MBA from Marylhurst University.

Dr. Margaret Hamilton has an expansive career in health care, allied health education, and higher education, serving most recently as Lane Community College’s 7th president, before retiring in 2022. Prior to arriving in Oregon, Dr. Hamilton served as a vice president at Camden County College in New Jersey. She taught nursing in Virginia, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. Dr. Hamilton’s service on local boards and organizations include SHMC-Riverbend, Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Oregon President’s Council and City Club of Eugene. Dr. Hamilton holds a Ph.D from Widener University, a MSN from the University of Delaware and a BSN from State University of New York.

Sarah Firth serves as the Director of People & Operations at The Bier Stein Bottleshop & Pub, demonstrating leadership in overseeing a team of over 50 employees and contributing to the effective management of operational success. Her professional background extends to collaboration with local non-profits, where she has played a pivotal role in raising substantial funds for various charitable causes, amounting to millions of dollars. Furthermore, Sarah has engaged in impactful initiatives with international non-profit organizations, focusing on the implementation of community programs to advance sustainability goals. A native of Eugene, Sarah is a multilingual professional proficient in four languages and holds a degree from the University of Oregon.

Jim Ginger recently retired as President of KPD Insurance and Risk Solutions, a Lane County insurance broker. Ginger is an original member of Cascade Health’s board of directors and has served as chairman twice in the past 17 years. He is a native Oregonian, graduated from the University of Oregon, and lives in Eugene with his wife Pat.

Andy Moore is Co-President of Bigfoot Beverages. In addition to the Cascade Health board, he currently serves on the boards of Summit Bank, the Oregon Beverage Association, the American Beverage Association, and the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association.

Nikos Ridge is Co-Founder of Ninkasi Brewing. He, along with his business partner, launched the company in 2006 when Ridge returned to his hometown of Eugene after working in finance in New York. Today, Ninkasi is the 38th largest craft brewer in the United States and employs more than 100 people in Lane County.

Kelli Strand Ngariki is the CEO of Healthcare Compliance Associates, where she leads OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance training for health care providers. She specializes in improving operational efficiency, fostering workplace safety and privacy, and driving business growth. With a proven track record of success and a focus on innovation, Kelli is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through her work on the board.

Dr. Carol Marusich is an optometric physician retired from Lifetime Eye Care following 40 years of private practice in Eugene. Dr. Marusich is board certified in vision development and therapy, a Distinguished Practitioner of the National Academies of Practice, and an adjunct clinical faculty for Pacific University College of Optometry. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Marist College, her Master of Science from Northwestern University, and her Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry.

Rich Truett is President and Chief Operating Officer of Bi-Mart in Eugene. Truett started with the company when he was just 19 years old and now leads the company with numerous stores throughout Oregon and the Northwest. He is also a major supporter of the Lane Community College Foundation.
